Death is a natural part of life. Foolishly, you hold to hope for the life you once had. Let go of everything you fear to lose, you must. You think you have a purpose… a destiny. Uncertain and fearful, you are. You are but a shadow of your former self. Confused, you have become. Weak and misguided. Hide not from yourself. Accept the certainty.
When I was a clone, I was pretty convinced I was gonna be an assassin. Later, I matured a little and switched to a more realistic career goal – officer. Then I got swallowed up by Darth Vader [quite by accident] and boom. Assassin.
The holographic digital conscious of the ancient Sith Lord Ludo Kressh appears in his royal attire. “A tremor in the Force, it was?”
His presence without announcement was a frequent occurrence that Starkiller became accustom to, yet it irritates him. Kressh interrupts his private moments to meditate, which Starkiller senses as Kressh was upto some ancient vague Sith sorcery to possess his body and take his place in the galaxy. But Starkiller outmaneuvers and beats him at his own game. “Yes, the disturbance was massive as if the Dark Side of the Force burst into energy as a weapon.”
“Surely, you know your current Sith Lord, Darth Sidiousfelt it?” The Kressh quips.
“I know.” Starkiller. “But I left the spire on Kamino as I sensed I was unneeded by Darth Vader - who yielded to my clone brother in a lightsaber battle.”
The holographic Kressh disrupts his transmission in rage with a sneer toward Starkiller. “Your path lies different from your master’s. Your path dwells deep within the Dark Side of the Force. Search your feelings, your destiny lies in the abyss of the Dark Side.”
Starkiller hears the words of Kressh resonate in his mind, and then gives a sly grin. “When I search my feelings, it is in a vacuum. I sense what it is like in a vacuum - my original template was ejected into space.” He paces around the hologram watching the angles projections of light. “Nevertheless, a call from Darth Sidious is serious and I must leave at once.”
